Her professional journey began in higher education, where she developed extensive experience in institutional compliance, policy implementation, Title IX-related responsibilities, investigations, training, administrative operations, and organizational accountability.
Keyana holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and a bachelor's degree in Political Science. Her academic background in adult education and organizational learning has shaped her approach to leadership, staff development, policy implementation, and sustainable organizational improvement.
